FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills & Learning market across the UK. We are on the hunt for an Account Manager to join a leading Hire, Train, Deploy Consultancy.
The business are going through a growth phase and are looking for an experienced HTD/ RTD Account Manager/ Business Development/ Technical Recruiter to join the team.
The Account Manager will support with growing a new & existing client base, developing new relationships & converting new business with the support of sales development team.
Responsibilities Include:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities by conducting market research, building relationships with potential clients.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, including forecasting and budgeting.
* Collaborate with the training team to ensure that client needs are being met.
* Develop and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company's services and capabilities.
* Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities, making recommendations to management regarding adjustments to sales strategies.
* Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance metrics, opportunities, and challenges.
* Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that sales goals are being met and deals are progressing smoothly.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in market conditions.
The successful candidate must have prior experience selling Technical Recruitment Solutions or, prior experience selling the Hire, Train, Deploy/ Recruit, Train, Deploy model.
Salary up to £45,000 base + commission structure (dependant on Consultants deployed out)
