PPM is a leading provider of car park management systems. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding team.
Reporting to Senior Management, the Account Manager will be responsible in managing and growing the existing key client relationships through delivering exceptional customer service and via introducing and cross selling new products and services.
A self-starter, the successful candidate will demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving skills and have the ability to work on both individual and team projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage key client interactions with a focus on expansion opportunities within accounts – Circa 50 accounts
Provide proactive and consultative client approach, ensuring high retention and net revenue growth within the existing client base.
Efficiently manage day-to-day customer inquiries and administrative task within agreed timelines.
Provide client reports, detailed proposals and consultations
Occasional travel to client sites
Accurately report internal administration; CRM activity, sales pipeline forecast
Provide actionable customer feedback to key stakeholders
Manage day-to-day client communication as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects
Key Requirements :
Experience of Account Management, managing a large client portfolio.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
Proven ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks in line with company objectives.
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
