Now we’re on the hunt for an entrepreneurial, super-organised Account Manager to help shape the future of Client Services at Luna 9. We’ve got ambitious plans, and this is a chance to come in and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

This role will combine day-to-day client and project management with a strong business development focus, working with our Business Development Lead to get out and about to find opportunities that bring in new clients.

The person

• A highly organised people person with a track record in account and project management
• Experience in establishing and growing client relationships at a creative agency
• A passion for meeting new people, finding leads, and turning them into clients
• Motivated by working with amazing clients on projects with a real impact
• A growth mentality – hungry to adapt, collaborate and show initiative
• A passion to help people understand important, complicated topics
• Self-motivated, and very comfortable working in a small team
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Comfortable taking the lead in meetings and workshops
• You’ve honed your skills, and want to join a team where you can be heard and empowered to shape how things are done
• You exude a positive mindset to your work and the client relationships you build

The role

Responsible for the day-to-day management, tracking and delivery of our projects

• Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities
• Engaging in networking and representing Luna 9 at relevant events
• Creating project plans that balance the needs of our clients and our delivery team
• Developing client relationships and growing accounts
• Brief and proposal writing
• Preparing quotes, and managing budgets throughout a project
• Manage internal and external creative resources
• Leading client workshops to shape the direction of potential projects
• Managing client expectations and controlling the scope of a project
• Time and budget reporting, both internally and with clients

A flavour of what we’ve done recently

• Created an interactive guide to explain AI-driven drug therapies in the fight against cancer
• Designed a global platform for WHO to enable 195 countries to reduce tobacco use
• Crafted the user experience and design for an app that helps people with physical differences deal with the stresses and triggers of everyday life
• Designed an interactive game for small businesses to explore how to reduce their environmental impact
