We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Manager to join a leading business based in Kent. This exciting role offers a competitive salary of around £35,000 plus commission and a range of excellent benefits.
As an Account Manager, you will be dealing with businesses and will be responsible for the renewal and selling a range of Employee benefits products to customers. You will be expected to identify new business opportunities and build and maintain relationships with clients. You will also be expected to produce detailed sales plans and reports, as well as attending meetings with customers to build the best employee benefits package for their business.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be sales orientated, be confident in negotiating and closing deals, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will also need to be able to work to tight deadlines and be highly motivated, results-driven and proactive.
