We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our established customer service team and take responsibility for managing printed point-of-sale campaigns. The role is based remotely and on site in London.
We need a highly motivated, adaptable and proactive individual who will bring drive and enthusiasm to the role. They need to be great at building relationships and communicating with people at all levels.The successful candidate will be process-orientated, highly organised and able to multi-task, as well as being confident and professionally presented. A problem-solver and strategic thinker, they will be calm under pressure with a proactive work attitude.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Management and creation of clear and timely marketing briefs from design to distribution for each campaign
- Tracking of campaign CPAs and KPIs, while managing any risks
- Identifying requirements and solutions to provide legendary customer service
- Keeping track of all POs for timely billing
- Using management information systems and assimilating our processes to support the transfer of information between client and production
- Creating new opportunities with the client and exploring ways to help grow their and our business
Essential experience and skills:
- Time-management skills to meet client deadlines
- Demonstrable experience in development of customer relationships
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of data management within Excel
- Experience in managing marketing and point-of-sale briefs from concept to distribution
- Understanding of production basics on a complex account, including design, artwork, print, fulfilment and distribution
