Signwaves designs and manufactures advertising signs and display products from a 3-acre site in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Since 1989, we have supplied our products to signage trade companies and blue-chip brands throughout the UK and beyond.
We are currently looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual to join our Sales team, and from day 1, will facilitate on-site training to prepare the successful candidate for this important and exciting role.
Your role:
As an Account Manager here at Signwaves, you will be a key point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and nurture strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique needs and offering solutions that exceed expectations.
The right person for this job will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Confident and friendly phone manner
- Experience with basic IT including Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and time management skills in order to prioritise workload
- Positive work ethic and a self-motivated, proactive approach to helping customers
- A desire to continuously learn and grow, taking advantage of opportunities to enhance customer-facing skills and knowledge
Previous experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate with the right attitude.
