You'll be looking after a number of existing client accounts, as well as creating new business opportunities from warm leads as well as lapsed clients.
- Basic salary up to £28k
- Bonus circa £5k per annum
- Office hours with an early finish on a Friday
- Opportunity to work for a growing business and opportunities to expand into a field based role
- Hybrid after 6 months
Main duties include:
- Contact inbound leads and establish their requirements
- Recommend products and put together pricing
- Account manage customers and ensure they continue to spend each week/month
- Contact lapsed customers and understand reasons why they moved away
- Cross sell other products to existing customers
We are looking for:
- Experience in a sales environment, this could be face to face sales/lead generation/appointment booking/telesales
- Confident working towards targets and KPI's
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Someone who is able to spot an opportunity and convert business
- Someone who works hard and goes the extra mile for customers
