Key Account Representative (Field Sales)

My client is looking for a passionate and driven Key Account Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for sales and a desire to succeed in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Day to Day of the role:
- Maximise brand awareness and sales opportunities within stores, leveraging sales data to influence in-store purchases.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key retail decision-makers, including department and store managers.
- Assist with inventory management to address supply chain issues and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Educate store staff on existing and new products to enhance their knowledge and sales techniques.
- Gather and report market intelligence, providing actionable insights.
- Ensure the availability of products across all stores within your designated territory.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment is highly regarded, but motivated individuals from other sectors are welcome to apply.
- A passion for marketing and the drive to achieve success.
- Must hold a full manual driving licence and be willing to travel within a defined territory.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
