Description
The Role:
- Providing administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
- Processing invoices
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Completing purchase orders
- Chasing payments
- Assisting with budget preparation
- Reconciling bank statements
- Participating in audits and implementing new company policies
Profile
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a similar role
- AAT qualification, desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Accounting software
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
