Accounts Assistant - Otley

THE COMPANY:
Axon Moore are delighted to be working with this very well established and profitable business based in Otley. Due to growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
With a great working culture and environment, this is hands on and varied Accounts Assistant role. You will be able to take ownership of processes and work closely with the team to suggest improvements.
THE JOB:
• Bank reconciliations
• Checking and coding of supplier invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing VAT returns
• Payment runs
• Assist with month end processes and reporting
• Process expenses
• Improving processes and reporting
• Updating and reconciling Sales Ledger
• Supporting the financial controller
THE PERSON:
• AAT  studier
• Previous experience in a busy Accounting role
• Have the desire to progress their career within a fast paced and highly ambitious business
• First class communication skills – able to work with stakeholders
• Experience of working with Xero
THE BENEFITS:
