Europe's fastest growing accounts firm have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts and Business Advisory Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in managing client portfolios including Xero outsourcing and statutory accounts.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond technical expertise, encompassing leadership within the management team. Utilising your proficiency in software such as QuickBooks and Sage, you will guide junior team members and actively contribute to departmental work planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of accounts and advice for complex clients
• Management of Xero outsourcing and statutory accounts
• Collaboration with the management team on work planning and appraisals
• Guidance and mentorship for junior team members
• Continuous personal development through mentorship and coaching
