Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable department.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and payments.
- Manage and mentor a team of Accounts Payable clerks.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
- Resolve any arising invoice discrepancies or payment issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Team supervisor should have:
