Accounts Payable Analyst

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the EMEA financial shared service centre for an international manufacturer with $7 billion annual revenue.

This opportunity is available until September 2024 on a hybrid model with 2-3 days/week in the office.

Reporting to the Team Lead and supervisor, you'll be responsible for processing invoices in SAP and will therefore ideally have experience with this ERP (although won't be discounted if not).
Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
• Providing prompt and thorough responses to inquiries via phone or email
• Reconciling complex supplier statements and process payments accurately
• Collaborating with cross functional teams to identify process improvements and resolve any queries promptly

We can consider candidates with general accounting/ shared services/ office/ customer service environment but you must have worked within a finance function during their career.
The ideal candidate will be driven and personable, with strong numeric and problem-solving qualities. In addition, excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable regulations and tax codes is needed.Basic-intermediate Excel experience is desirable, but non-essential.
