As an AP Coordinator at our Global Organisation based in Witney, Oxfordshire, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, clearing direct debits, and querying invoices. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payment processing.
Required Qualifications:- Previous experience in Accounts Payable
- Demonstrated ability in processing invoices and reconciling accounts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Resolving both internal and external queries
A relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge and Skills:- Proficiency in Accounts Payable processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of financial systems and software
- Professional certification in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in using accounting software
This is a Full-Time contract position based in Witney, Oxfordshire. The role involves working standard office hours, Monday to Friday.
