Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in South Manchester, who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Officer on an initial temporary three-month contract.

The position is due to start immediately, with the possibility of extension.

The hourly rate of pay is up to £15.80 PAYE inclusive of holiday pay.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing and processing invoices and reducing the number of outstanding invoices
• Preparing payment runs to ensure prompt payment to suppliers
• Running aged creditor report and ensuring all balances are reviewed and cleared
• Investigating reminder letters and demands for payment
• Other adhoc duties as required

• Invoice processing
• Running aged creditor reports
• Processing payment runs

• 35 hours a week
• Monday – Friday, 8am-6pm
