Your new role
This organisation is looking for customer-focused, motivated individuals to join their friendly, well-established Financial Services Team. This is a busy role providing transactional processing across the Accounts Receivable functions of the business to:

• Effectively performing any administrative tasks and activities associated with Accounts Receivable operations, so flexibility and a willingness to learn is key.
• Proactively resolve queries and errors, updating internal reporting documentation
• Accurately key and process all customer related data in Oracle, liaising with internal and external customers where resolution is dependent on their input
• All activities need to be performed in line with company strategy and in accordance with defined processes, timetables and agreed service levels.

What you\'ll need to succeed
Overall, the company is looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to join their expanding operation:

• Finance/accounts experience essential
• Good IT skills, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• You are driven to provide excellent customer service at all times and possess very good interpersonal skills to support this.
• Minimum of Maths and English GCSE pass or equivalent
• Organisational skills with an ability to prioritise personal workload
