Description
Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a proactive and timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for billing purposes.
Perform routine and ad-hoc analysis on Accounts Receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
Assist in month-end closing processes related to Accounts Receivable.Profile
Immediately available or available within short notice.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and principles.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
