Our client, an international membership association, are looking for an Accreditation Specialist administrator to plan and organise the company's accreditation schemes and visits. This role will be suited to a candidate with brilliant IT skills and some experience in a membership organisation, and someone is very organised with great communication skills.
The key responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records to meet requirements
- Create, align and manage processes and updating when changes occur
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, seeking timely clarification when required
- Responsible for accurate maintenance of data on database
- Providing specialist accreditation advice to stakeholders
Minimum requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role (5+ years)
- Excellent IT skills - experience with membership databases and MS Office
- Great communication skills at all levels
- Experience with business process development

- Can absorb information and keen to learn - eventually to provide technical advice
- Planning ahead, brilliant organisation and planning skills
- Reliable and calm under pressure
- Great teamwork
- Ideally experience in Dynamics 365
