Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an Acquisition Manager for an incredible health charity to help optimise and develop the supporter and member acquisition programme.
This is a flexible role offering home working, with occasional attendance needed for ad hoc meetings in the Bath office.

The Role
Lead, manage and deliver direct marketing recruitment campaigns across a range of channels, with a strong focus on Face to Face and Digital.
Plan, set up and deliver campaigns on time, and to budget.
Develop the annual business plans and budgets for Acquisition (Individual Giving and Membership).
Expand the current digital programme using the website, digital advertising, email, social media and online giving.
The Candidate
Experience in developing and managing a range of direct marketing/fundraising channels and campaigns (such as direct mail, telephone fundraising, face to face and digital)
Experience in recruiting new supporters and/or members.
Experience of data and segmentation and applying audience insight.
Ability to plan and deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
