Acquisitions Executive

A sought-after remote-working role with a successful Property Investment and Development company based in South-West London is recruiting an Acquisitions Executive to join the team.

As Acquisition Executive, your role will involve finding and researching prospective property deals including residential, residential conversion, and mixed-use. Your role will be to generate front end pipeline and follow through to due diligence.

To be a successful Acquisitions Executive, you must:

• Have your own car and be willing to travel extensively to appraise potential acquisitions.
• Confident communicator over the phone and in person when dealing with agents and property owners.
• Previous experience of property.
• The successful candidate must have the tenacity and determination to generate their own pipeline.
• Have a very good attitude, always maintaining a polite and professional nature.
• Be detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and ambitious.
• Not be frightened to make lots of contact over the phone to agents and landlords looking for potential opportunities.
• Skilled at networking and relationship-building.

Compensation and Benefits for the Acquisitions Executive:

• £30,000 - £50,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
• Generous commission structure
