An Actions against the Police Solicitor/Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Legal 500, law firm in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
My client is an award winning, national firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their market leading Actions Against the Police/Civil Liberties department. The department is expanding and attracts high profile and interesting work.
You will represent clients in civil claims Against the Police and other public authorities and you will also represent families at inquests. You will run a caseload of cases from inception to conclusion, including investigations, obtaining expert evidence, drafting Letters of Claim, settlement negotiations, drafting pleadings and litigating as appropriate.
Actions Against the Police/Civil Liberties experience would be beneficial; however we are also happy to consider Solicitor/Legal Executives with Abuse or Personal Injury experience.
