What is the purpose of the role?
The Activities Coordinator develops and promote a programme of activities including social, learning and wellbeing initiatives for older and vulnerable customers to help maintain health and wellbeing and reduce social isolation.
Why is the role important?
The role works with older customers to help them manage their tenancy through working together with a range of partners. This role is important by providing personal support and reduce the number of unsuccessful tenancies and supports our wider offer to Bolton regarding our commitments to older people.
