- Plan, organise, and coordinate a variety of activities and programs for residents
- Develop and implement activity schedules that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Coordinate special events, outings, and entertainment for residents
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure activities meet the needs and interests of residents
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback
- Provide support and assistance to residents during activities

We have 2 other small care homes so chance to do over time with there as well.
