About The Company
The Sharon Collins Resource Centre family is recruiting!
We offer day opportunities and community support as well as wrap around support, occasionally, to support people into the service from home. We support individuals with a mix of disabilities - neurodevelopmental conditions such as epilepsy, autism, dyspraxia and cerebral palsy. We also support people with dementia and acquired brain injuries.
The individuals we support include Amy who is a very dynamic young woman who attends the day centre every day! She is a mover and shaker and is a member of the SCRC dance and theatre group, ‘The magic Chocolate Show’! Along side of this Amy loves listening to stories, making a mess with arts and crafts, using building blocks to help develop her cognitive skills. Oh, and she also love the odd glass of Pimm’s!
Our staff say: ‘Working at Sharon Collins was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made; it truly changed my life for the better.’ The staff have said the team really are the best! Everyday is exciting and fulfilling. It’s a compassionate environment and it has a real encoring atmosphere.
One of the best things about working at the SCRC is the team in all its wonderful diversity - we love difference!
If you're looking for a job to love, please get in touch!
At Salutem Care and Education, we recognise the value and wisdom that come from all stages of life. Join our team to be a part of a community that truly appreciates the richness of age diversity.

- Contributing to the planning, development and implementation of person centred activity programmes.
- Contributing to the assessment, recording and evidencing of the activity programmes.
- Attending meetings as required.

- Supporting people to make sense of their environments and to access their communities.
- Supporting people to learn new skills.
