Actuarial Capital Lead

Looking to get into Capital Modelling, but no direct capital modelling experience yet?
We are currently looking for a Capital Actuary or Capital Lead (depending on exam progression) for a role with a top performing London Market syndicate.
Our client is open for any general insurance background (consultancy candidates are super encouraged to apply), of course capital would be preference but as capital actuaries are in huge demand, they have the flexibility for very keen candidates.
