Ada Software Developer

We are looking for a Software Developer who will be responsible for developing software solutions, primarily using Ada for all stages of the software lifecycle, from concept to delivery to work on behalf of a leading Defence company.

• • Investigation and resolution real integration problems on a highly complex system.

  • Creating high quality and robust code for a flying platform.

  • Delivering software and supporting technical documents.

  • Communication of technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience and knowledge in the following areas:

  • Full software development lifecycle.

  • Configuration management tools.

  • Experience in Defence/ Aerospace is required.

  Not essential but beneficial:

  • Developing software in ADA.

  • Experience in Aerospace, Defence or any other regulated sector such as medical or automotive.

  • Software development in a real time embedded environment.

  • Refactoring software implementation for large legacy systems.

  • Understanding of C.

  • Knowledge sharing techniques
