Job Title: Additional Needs Teaching Assistant

School: St Giles Spencer Academy

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, term-time only

Contract Type: Fixed-Term (until 31 July 2025)

Salary: NJC 10 – NJC 14

Actual Salary: £21,934 - £23,470 per annum

St Giles Spencer Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant on a fixed-term contract. Specific knowledge, skills and experience in supporting non-verbal pupils with autism and sensory needs would be an advantage. You must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be an effective team member and be calm and creative in your approach to working with pupils with Additional Needs.
