Your Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Expertise: Provide expert advice and guidance to the multidisciplinary team on complex clinical queries, including prescribing, referrals and risk management.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in MDT meetings, contributing your insights and expertise to drive collaborative decision-making.
- Quality Strategy: Be a driving force in shaping clinical governance and quality strategies that elevate our standards of care.
- Educational Impact: Inspire and educate the team through dynamic clinical supervision, incorporating the latest evidence, research, and legislation related to ADHD.
