Administrator
Start date : Immediate start.
Salary : GBP12.00-GBP12.25 per hour

Duration of assignment : Ongoing to support with a busy period.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 37 hours, core working hours
Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established business who are UK based.
Due to a bust period our client is looking to recruit temporary administration support on an ongoing basis to help with a specialist team.
As an administrator you will be supporting a tenancy / property related team who have some changes within legislation , You will need to liaise with customers to update them on the changes and administer them.
We are looking for good communicators with good administration and customer service skills and experience.
Key duties will include:
  • Maintain the Universal Credit landlord internal system and portal.
  • Support a property team with managing changes and projects.
  • Contact customers claiming Universal Credit and other welfare benefits by all methods including telephone, text, and email.
  • Search the systems and collate and provide information for management.
  • Prepare for meetings when needed including room bookings, agendas and minutes.
  • Administer support grant payments to customers.
  • Process purchase orders for the team.
  • Record, track and process information in regard to Universal Credit.
  • Update and accurately record outcomes of customer contact.
  • Manage and respond to incoming work through a variety of routes.
  • Build relationships and liaise with other departments and outside third parties
  • To complete general administration

The ideal administrator will have / be.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals.
  • Proven numerical skills; comfortable with overview of data collation and statistical reporting.
  • A good understanding of how customers are affected with the current climates.
  • Competent in using MS Office e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent telephone manner and call handling skills.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise own workload.
  • Knowledge of other organisations that can provide assistance to our customers e.g. social services, foodbanks, job centre plus.
  • Full clean driving licence and /or ability to travel in a timely and efficient manner to visit community venues, attend meetings where needed.
