Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business who are keen to grow their team. This role will report to the Finance Manager and the main purpose of the role will be to provide analysis across the business.
This role would suit a graduate looking for their first role in business admin.
Duties of the role are outlined below, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate relevant experience upon application and ideally have will Excel Intermediate/ Advanced level Excel skills;
- Complete Data Analysis based tasks/ reporting
- Manage extensive data sets in Excel and other applications
- Report on business admin to the Finance Manager , report production in Excel
- Work with the wider business and credit and finance team
- Liaise with customers regarding issues and updates
- Use of Microsoft Outlook & Teams,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Access/SQL functionality
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have excellent business admin skills and a strong working knowledge of MS Office ( ideally this will include to an intermediate/ advanced level pivot table/ v look up)
