- Responsible for reception and administrative support, excelling customer service to each customer.
- Being first point of contact for all customers and suppliers, in-person, email or over the phone.
- Managing the ordering and returning of vehicle parts.
- Organising the smooth running of supplier and account customer details.
- Responsible for filing systems and customer database.
- Responding to customer queries and quotation requests.
- Managing and booking customers vehicles into the diary.
- Invoice customers, taking payments.
- Managing and ordering stationery suppliers.
Training will be provided, you will of course be confident to hit the ground running.
