We have an excellent opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our team based at our office in Sutton in Ashfield
Duties:
- Perform administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Scanning, printing, attaching documents to the CRM
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Welcoming and greeting candidates
- Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed
Experience
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working Hours:
- Monday- Friday – hours flexible, between 3-5 hours a day
- Can fit within the school hours.
Pay rate:
- £11.50 per hour
