Temporary role until March 2024 Hybrid Working Rhyl Training Administration Job Public Sector

Your new company
You will be working within an all-Wales network that provides support for Health Protection across Wales.
Your new role
This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the administrative and diagnostic services of the department. You will be working closely with the Training and Laboratory Management Team, supporting the effective running of the teams.
You will assist the training manager with onboarding new employees. This can include updating training systems and schedules, responding to email and telephone queries, keeping spreadsheets accurate and updated, attending meetings to take minutes and note action points and assistance with supporting documents. You will be responsible for checking the quality management system and escalating any outstanding tasks to the training manager. You will be based on site for a minimum of 2 days per week in Rhyl.
What you'll need to succeed
You must demonstrate previous experience of working in an administrative role and be confident in attending meetings to take minutes / action points. You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages and confident to use Excel specifically to update spreadsheets. Whilst a background in medical settings would be advantageous, it is not essential. You will have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable putting your task prioritisation skills to good use! You will be used to working with sizeable data amounts, and have meticulous attention to detail! Experience in a training setting would be a distinct advantage.
What you'll get in return
You'll join a great team, working 37.5 hours per week and earn a rate of £12 - £14 per hour depending on level of experience. You'll gain experience of working within a training environment as well as health protection. This role is until the end of March 2024 and there could be an option to extend it further.
