ADMINISTRATION / EQUIPMENT BOOKINGS ASSISTANT
EMG Connectivity is looking for an Administration / Equipment Bookings Assistant to provide administrative support to our equipment bookings department and hire desk team.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to be permanent in the future.
JOB PURPOSE
- Booking of equipment from delivery notes and quotations
- Equipment inventory management including regular stock checks
- Processing and logging of equipment repairs and hired-in orders
- General office administration including filing and purchasing
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong administrative skills
- Good level of numeracy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Work as part of a team or own initiative
- Methodical approach to work
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Clear communication skills
- Good knowledge of office IT systems
- Willing to learn and develop
- Flexible to work additional hours or on-call, by agreement this would be compensated with either time off or overtime pay.
