Admin Coordinator; 12 month contract; 37 hours a week; based in Govan; £12.95 per hour (plus hols) An Admin Coordinator is required to work within a busy SHE team for BAE Systems at their Govan site. This role is based fully on-site and will be supporting a rapidly growing part of the business. As an Admin Coordinator you will work closely with the Health Provider to ensure there is maximum attendance from BAE employees at medical appointments and fitness tests. This role would suit applicants who are well organised, tenacious and with good communication skills. Duties will involve; - Scheduling of medical appointments and coordinating with the health provider - Working closely with the health provider to maximise attendance at appointments - Calling employees to find out the reasons for non-attendance - Flagging non-attendance to Supervisors within the business and reporting reasons for non-attendance - Liaising with numerous stakeholders on a daily basis - Planning the best optimization of clinics bearing in mind employee shift patterns - Reviewing spreadsheets and employee lists and manipulating data Key skills; - Good Networking/Communication skills - Ability to multi-task - Good working knowledge of MS Office packages - Ability to work in a team environment - Well organised and able to work to deadlines This role is working in a well supported SHE team of up to 30 people and will require constant liaison with the Occupational Health Team. Previous experience working in a medical environment involving booking appointments would be an advantage.
