We are currently recruiting for AO's based in Belfast city centre. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.Start dates: 8th JulyDuration: up to 51 weeksHours of work: Full time 37Rate of pay: £12.59ph
4 Weeks office based for full training. First 2 weeks you will be paired up to shadow and see what the job requires. Week 3 and 4 you will be in full training for the role and full attendance is required. Hybrid will be considered after training. This consists of 2 days per month in the office. This hybrid working pattern can be removed at any time.
No holidays in the first 8 weeks due to the training period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in the Rate Rebate Central unit dealing with the assessment of new claims maintenance of existing claims.
- Providing telephony cover to claimants working on a rota basis.
- Updating claim records on the system.
- Insuring all information is taken correctly.
- General office duties.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English ( Proof of certs required
- • basic computer skills - demonstrate the ability to navigate Microsoft Office, Word & Excel• uses good communication skills and influencing skills to obtain the information required to address queries and to deal effectively with difficult situations
- • shows flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing working methods and to contribute to working practices
- • demonstrate the ability to seek and accept responsibility and to work on own initiative; know when it is appropriate to refer to line management for advice or decision
- • previous office experience
