We are a well-established business, selling a wide range of Print and ID related products & services through a variety of websites and sales channels.

Your key role as an Admin / Production Assistant will involve dealing with the day to day incoming emails and telephone calls, assisting customers with their enquiries and orders. Other duties include the post, processing of orders, liaising with suppliers and customers and arranging despatch of stock products.
Along with the above Admin duties, we are looking to develop the successful person and train them to print plastic cards in our ID card bureau, output general print jobs on our digital press and with weekly online training, become competent in using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Ai to provide basic artwork services.
The successful applicant will have good communication and administration skills, be computer literate (familiar with Windows 10, Outlook, Word and Excel spreadsheets) and be able to work as part of a team. We require a minimum of 5 GCSEs which should include Grade C or above in English, Maths and Computers.
