Part-Time Receptionist, 2 days a week, Agency, Southend

Your new role
Southend Council are looking to appoint a part time (2 days a week) agency/temporary Receptionist with an administration background, to provide reception duties 2 days a week, within the Kursaal Estate.
This post is located in the Family centre, so you will be required to sign in all visitors to the centre who are attending family sessions, answer the telephone and complete data entry using the Estart system (training will be provided).
You must be able to work Wednesday 8.45 - 16.15 and Thursday 8.45 - 16.15pm.

The post is for approx. 2 months currently.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you must have a background in administration and reception. Have a good telephone manner and have the ability to prioritise.
