As a Legal Secretary/Admin Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of solicitors. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, document preparation, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of the legal team.Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to solicitors and legal professionals
- Producing Reports for the team
- Typing Dictations
- Calling the courts and arranging telephone hearings
- Drafting and formatting legal documents
- Assisting with client communication and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and managing calendars
- Liaising with clients, other law firms, and external parties
Requirements:Previous experience of working in a legal environment is compulsory as they need someone who can hit the ground running.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
