Berry Recruitment are currently seeking an organised individual to join our client's team as an Administrative Support. This is a temporary full-time position based in Brighton, with on-site work requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Bookings: Efficiently manage and coordinate bookings.
- Appointment Scheduling: Handle outpatient appointment bookings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborative Working: Foster effective communication and collaboration with Clinicians to ensure seamless operations.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative duties as required to support the smooth functioning of the booking process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a health care setting.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- On-site work is required; the role is based in Brighton.
- Temporary contract until the end of March.
- Pay Rate - 10.42 per hour
