A hugely successful, award-winning business in Thame are looking for a Senior Operations Executive to join their fast paced, busy team. Supporting well-known brands, this role requires you to spin many plates and manage multiple tasks whilst delivering excellent results.
The Role
Reporting into and supporting the Operations Manager to deliver all administrative related tasks across various business units. If you have exemplary organisation skills, can prioritise and juggle your workload, and enjoy providing solutions then full training can be given for everything else!
- Providing an efficient admin support function to the field team and supporting other areas of the business as needed.
- Responsibility of the field booking system.
- Be the liaison point for the BI team.
- To provide support on the telephone and e-mail to the field team.
- To manage field wages, expense claims and data from the field team.
- Work to identify and implement new and improved procedures and services in a continual review of head office support to provide increased service satisfaction levels to the client.
- Provide effective communication routes between departments, field, client and operations to ensure efficient sharing and use of information.
- Be able to provide reporting for Team and Account manager (via Excel).
About You
We are looking for an outstanding administrator who can coordinate various tasks and learn on the job. Whilst you may not tick all the boxes, they are willing to train you up if you have a strong transferable skillset, and the enthusiasm to learn.
- Fully proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of database and reporting systems helpful.
- Experienced multi-tasker.
- Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills together with a strong customer focused approach.
- Willing to learn new skills and to adapt to change.
- Show flexibility and adaptability when working to deadlines.
- Well organised - ability to work individually and as part of a team sometimes under pressure.
- Ability to create and make presentations with confidence to field management teams and internal management teams.
