East London Office Based 1-2 months on-going with potential to be extended or go perm 8am - 5:00pm 17ph - 18ph (depending on experience) plus exclusive OA benefits! Must be available to start immediately

Main Responsibilities
- Leading the Admin Team
- Helping the Centre Manager to meet KPI targets
- Course material preparation, sorting card applications, requisite checks
- Responsible for Front Office functions
- Training and supporting the front office team to achieve the highest standards of customer service
- Diary and Calendar management
- Responsible for following up on the training of new colleagues
Requirements
- Strong Administration experience
- Experience overseeing a team
- Knowledge of MS packages, Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Good attention to detail and very organised
- Excellent communication skills
