Our client, a local authority based in Hemel Hempstead are currently looking for an experienced Admin Team Leader to join their office support team. My client currently carry out day to day repairs and maintenance to over 15000 properties and have a fast paced, busy office environment.
Job Purpose;
- Managing a team of 4 administrators
- Dealing with any escalations
- Managing Customer service expectations
- Answering customer calls/email s and enquiries via our portal regarding breakdowns and planned service works
- Overseeing general admin within the Repairs and planned works departments
- General administration - including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required
- Organise & manage operatives diaries
- Deal with tenant issues and complaints in a professional and friendly way
Candidate Specification;
The candidate must have experience working in a fast paced working environment. Candidates must be computer literate and have strong communication skills on the phone, with an ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Someone who is customer focused and enjoys working to KPI’s is also ideal.
