Roles & Responsibilities:


Administration and Planning Assistant
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, across a 7-day rota (any 5 days out of 7), working hours can vary but are usually 7:45am – 3:45pm

As our Administration and Planning Assistant you will be responsible for receiving sickness and absence information for the Resort, tracking this information, and providing the relevant details to resort line managers. As part of our Central Planning Team (CPT) you will assist your colleagues in formulating resourcing plans, responding to employee queries and keeping our logs up to date.

Ideally, you’ll have previously worked in an administrative role, so you’ll be familiar with signing off hours worked, sickness and absence procedures, rostering high volumes of variable staff, and accurate data inputting.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Confident speaking with people of varying levels of seniority across the business over the phone or in person
  • Is capable of lone working and managing their time effectively
  • Experience working with sensitive, private and confidential information and familiar with GDPR parameters of information storage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
  • Ideally you’ll have experience of working in an administrative role

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for an Administration and Planning Assistant to join our team at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Our Resort is home to over 55 rides, live shows and attractions and is known the world over as being the ultimate LEGO® theme park experience for families with children aged 2-12 in the UK! Set in 150 acres of parkland, LEGOLAND is home to not only the iconic theme park, but also offers two incredible LEGO themed Hotels plus the brand new Woodland Village opening in 2024! This role is based at the Windsor Resort site – which is pretty awesome if you ask us!
