My clients are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their admin team
Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Processing tasks in a timely manner
Highly Organised and focused individual

Being able to work as a team and managing own work flow effectively without supervision
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desirable
Proven history of working in a fats paced environment
Understanding and experience of operating sales and purchase ledger
Extensive training of operating the in house system will be provided
Job description
Managing administrative day to day duties, i.e filing, scanning, organising post, ordering stationery, taking card payments both over the phone and in person
Producing daily / monthly profit and stock movement reports using in house windows based system and excel
Providing an efficient service to both internal and external customers
Communicating in a professional manner with internal and external customers in person, on the phone and via e mail
Operate internal systems and adhering to procedures
Issuing credits to customers
Processing holiday forms, updating holiday spreadsheet
Ad hoc admin duties
Hours of work 8.30 - 17.30 with 1 hour lunch break
