We're expanding our Retail Administration Team and seeking two part-time job-share Retail Administration Assistants to join us! This permanent role offers flexibility, allowing you to work either 2 days (14 hours) or 3 days (21 hours) per week.

As a part of our Retail Administration Team, you'll work closely with the Retail Administration Manager and Retail Administrator, providing vital administrative support to our retail operations. Your role will involve handling day-to-day logistics and coordination tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail activities.
About you
You will be a natural problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
You will enjoy working independently and as part of a close-knit team. An assertive, adaptable, and confident individual, you will be a good decision maker whilst being diplomatic and professional at all times.
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good communication skills
- Good computer literacy and keyboard skills
- Experience of working in a diverse team
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Ability to demonstrate understanding and apply our Blue Cross values
- Working knowledge of gift aid
- Awareness of data protection
