Job Description
- Support Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinators in personnel management, including recruitment, inductions, and departmental reviews.
- Manage recruitment packs, website maintenance, and documentation.
- Coordinate planning cycle, departmental returns, and budget management.
- Organise team meetings, provide administrative support, and manage Deputy Director's resources.
- Support office maintenance, liaise with Estates team, and coordinate SharePoint.
- Provide administrative support for training events, meetings, and departmental boards.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, including GCSE Maths & English to grade C.
- Proven experience of HR.
- Substantial experience in providing professional administrative support in a large and complex organisation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan work independently under pressure.
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Good numerical skills and experience managing budgetary information.
- Excellent team working skills with the ability to work flexibly and effectively.
- Proficient IT skills including MS Office, Outlook, Office 365, SAP, OPeRA, and collaborative tools.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
