Job Description

  • Support Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinators in personnel management, including recruitment, inductions, and departmental reviews.
  • Manage recruitment packs, website maintenance, and documentation.
  • Coordinate planning cycle, departmental returns, and budget management.
  • Organise team meetings, provide administrative support, and manage Deputy Director's resources.
  • Support office maintenance, liaise with Estates team, and coordinate SharePoint.
  • Provide administrative support for training events, meetings, and departmental boards.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, including GCSE Maths & English to grade C.
  • Proven experience of HR.
  • Substantial experience in providing professional administrative support in a large and complex organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan work independently under pressure.
  • Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Good numerical skills and experience managing budgetary information.
  • Excellent team working skills with the ability to work flexibly and effectively.
  • Proficient IT skills including MS Office, Outlook, Office 365, SAP, OPeRA, and collaborative tools.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
