Are you an organised and efficient individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support?
Manpower Recruitment is seeking a talented Administrative Support professional to join our clients team at their Wethersfields site. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary team and contribute to their success.
The Role
  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • Competitive salary of £31,000.00 per annum
  • Provide effective support and undertake all elements of administration under minimal supervision
  • Carry out a wide range of administrative duties, working collaboratively with all members of the site team
  • Interact with colleagues based onsite, across the country, and those working remotely

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily staff registers, sub-contractor head counts, and visitor registers
  • Produce data for invoicing as requested by the commercial team
  • Manage welfare department rotas, asset registers, and stationery inventory
  • Administer Incident Reports and maintain the IR register
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and outside consultancy
  • Work closely with your line manager and team members
  • Attend meetings and provide on-the-job training as required
  • Respond promptly to written and verbal communications
  • Maintain accurate records according to company policies and procedures
  • Monitor your work levels, progress, and development in the role
  • Undertake core learning and development programs, as well as relevant personal development plans
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data
  • Demonstrate agility and adaptability in handling diverse tasks
  • Maintain a good understanding of relevant legislation and contract requirements
