The Wakefield District Domestic Abuse Service (WDDAS) are looking for a suitability skilled and experienced admin and Data Monitoring Officer to join the team.
This post is 18.5 hours as job share; the hours available are Wednesday morning, Thursday and Friday.
The role will involve fast paced work in a domestic abuse service supporting the daily functions of the team and responding to requests for administration support. The ability to work under pressure is essential.
You must be flexible, be able to work to clear deadlines and take the initiative in your work.
Tasks will include; daily reports and inputting of referrals, minute taking for team meetings, Data Monitoring tasks, supporting the IT development of the service and supporting practitioners with administration tasks. It will also involve creating reports for larger projects where funding streams are available.
We are looking for someone with Data Monitoring and gathering skills who can produce reports from various IT systems. Skills will also include; checking that data collected is to a high quality including checking of data for accuracy, analysis of the data where appropriate and presentation of data to a high standard.
You will be working across the team at both Queens House in Wakefield and Havertop Police HQ at Normanton. The ability to be flexible as part of the admin team and the wider team is essential.
