Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administration Manager to join Europe’s leading property media infrastructure business based in West London on a temp to perm contract.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a diverse environment and can effectively manage a variety of personalities. The Administration Manager will be integral to their development team, assisting with new leads and client management both in the office and out in the field. Role:Administration Manager

Location: West London. Office based whilst on probation then flexibility is available.

Contract: Temp to Perm (3 months Temp)

Hours: 9:00-17:30, Monday to Friday

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum- depending on experience

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and populate data, managing our in-house CRM systems with the team
  • Preparation of lease pack documentation for Board approval
  • Manage and schedule meetings
  • Project manage portfolio deals and be a point of contact for clients & landlords
  • Organise and coordinate projects
  • Answer and respond to enquires via the main telephone line
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence
  • Prepare planning and build instructions
  • Conduct due diligence on all assets within our portfolio and appraise
  • Scan and file documents where required
  • Oversee the Development process and ensure sites are organised
  • Any ad hoc duties which might reasonably be assigned

Skills required:

  • Strong experience as an administrator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to multi-task a variety of projects and tasks at any one time
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to act professionally and engage with a range of stakeholders; employees, solicitors and clients
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft skills
  • A driven and cooperative team player
